This unique, Bordeaux style white wine was crafted from a blend of 52% Semillon and 48% Sauvignon Blanc. After barrel fermentation it was aged on the lees for 16 months in custom made French oak barrels made exclusively for these varietals.

A pale golden straw color precedes intriguing aromas of spice, white peach and varietal character. The palate offers a supple mouthfeel and flavors of white fruit from the Semillon and bright citrus and minerality from the Sauvignon Blanc. The overall palate impression is elegant, graceful and well balanced with a dry, citrus driven finish. This release also offers exceptional aging potential.
